Dealer Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Mohd Saqib, operating under the brand name "ScrapGali". By registering, logging in, submitting offers, buying a subscription, or using the dealer portal, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the dealer platform.

Dealers must provide accurate phone number, owner name, shop or business details where applicable, profile information, vehicle type, service areas, preferred language, and scrap categories handled.

ScrapGali may approve, reject, request more information, suspend, or remove a dealer account at its discretion, especially for fake details, seller complaints, spam, unsafe behavior, or misuse of seller data.

Scrap request cards may initially show limited seller information. Seller phone number, exact address, and other sensitive details are shown only after the seller selects the dealer for pickup.

Dealer must use seller data only for the relevant scrap pickup. Dealer must not sell, share, scrape, store for unrelated marketing, or misuse seller personal information.

ScrapGali may offer subscription plans for dealer marketplace access. Plan duration, trial status, renewal price, and priority benefits are shown before purchase where applicable.

Dealer rates are subject to physical verification of the scrap. ScrapGali does not collect or transfer seller payment; seller and dealer settle payment directly during pickup.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after plan benefits are made available. If a payment is charged but the plan is not activated due to a technical issue, contact us and we will verify the transaction.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method according to payment gateway timelines. We may deny refund requests caused by dealer delay, change of mind, seller price negotiation failure, or mismatch discovered during normal pickup inspection.

Dealers can request subscription cancellation from the dealer subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless required by law or approved by ScrapGali for a verified technical/payment error, cancellation does not create an automatic refund for the current billing period. Access to paid benefits may continue until the current paid period ends or may move to the free plan according to the backend subscription policy shown in the app.

Dealers are responsible for fair dealing, timely contact, safe pickup, correct weighing, final price discussion, payment to seller, transport, labor, local compliance, and respectful conduct.

Dealers must not harass sellers, repeatedly call without reason, visit outside agreed timing, misrepresent ScrapGali employment, or use the platform for illegal/restricted materials.

ScrapGali is a coordination and scrap request marketplace. We do not directly purchase scrap from sellers, do not own dealer vehicles, and do not guarantee final transaction value, seller availability, material quality, or pickup completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrapGali is not liable for indirect loss, missed profit, travel cost, disagreement between seller and dealer, or third-party payment gateway issues beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate dealer access for false KYC/profile information, payment abuse, repeated complaints, privacy violations, spam, unsafe behavior, attempts to bypass platform rules, or legal/regulatory concerns.
